The Emigrant™ is Mitch Clarin's snow smart single story model. Measuring approximately 1547 Sq. Ft., this model has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a 2 car-attached garage. It can be easily expanded from front to back to increase the size of all the bedrooms, master bath, walk-in closet and living area. All snow melts or falls off the roof away from the front door, garage door, and extra large back deck. Construction time frame is approximately four to five months. It also works on relatively flat lots that are heavily treed.
