Granite Chief II
The Granite Chief II ™ is Mitch Clarin's snow smart reverse view model with 2 layout options. Measuring approximately 1717 Sq. Ft, this model has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a finished and insulated 2 car-attached garage with a small office area combination. It can be easily expanded from front to back to increase the size of all the bedrooms, master bath, master walk-in closet, garage and living area. All snow melts or falls off the roof away from the front door, garage door, and both large back decks. Construction time frame is approximately four to five months. It also works on relatively flat lots that are heavily treed.
