The Olympic™ is Mitch Clarin's snow smart reverse view model. It measures approximately 1955 Sq. Ft and has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The upper floors have 9 ft. ceilings and a finished and insulated 2 car-attached garage. The bridged driveway practically guarantees a level surface. The floor plans can be easily expanded from front to back to increase the size of all the bedrooms, master bath, walk-in closet and living area. All snow melts or falls off the roof away from the front door, garage door, and large back decks. Construction time frame is approximately five to six months.
