Palisade
The Palisade™ is Mitch Clarin's snow smart forward view model. Measuring approximately 1584 sq. ft., this model has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a finished and insulated 2 car-attached garage. It can be easily expanded from front to back to increase the size of all the bedrooms, full baths and tubs, closets, garage and living area. All snow melts or falls off the roof away from the front door, garage door, and large front & lower back decks. A covered back deck with a spa tub may be added as an extra indulgence. Construction time frame is approximately four to five months.
