Sierra
The Sierra™ is Mitch Clarin's snow smart reverse view model. It has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The bridged driveway practically guarantees a level surface connecting to a finished insulated garage. The floor plans can be easily expanded from front to back to increase the size of all the bedrooms, master bath, walk-in closet and living area. All snow melts or falls off the roof away from the front door, garage door, and large back decks. Construction time frame is approximately six to seven months.
